Parking is available near the castle. Alternatively, you can also reach Büdingen by train, from where you can take a short walk to the castle. Experience the untouched nature and easy accessibility of Büdingen Castle in the midst of enchanting surroundings.

With your own car
From Frankfurt, take the A66 in the direction of Gelnhausen. Leave the highway at exit 38, Gelnhausen-West, and turn right onto the B457 in the direction of Büdingen.

Follow the road for about 10 kilometers and then take the Büdingen-Nord exit. Leave the B457 here and continue straight ahead on the L3193 country road.

After about 2 kilometers, turn left and follow the signs to Schloss Büdingen.
Public transportation
To get to Büdingen Castle by public transport, you can take the train. From Frankfurt main station, take a regional train in the direction of Gelnhausen. The journey takes about 35 minutes.

In Gelnhausen, change trains at the station and take a bus in the direction of Büdingen. Bus route 375 goes to Büdingen Castle. The journey takes about 15 minutes.

Get off at the bus stop "Büdingen, Schloss" and follow the signs to the castle.
